How studio time is counted

• €3.60 an hour, billed by the minute, one rate for every workflow. If we raise the rate, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can ask for a refund of your unused purchased balance before that date; a lower rate applies at once.
• Studio time is counted only while you render: from the start of a render until three minutes after its result. Renders that follow within those three minutes continue the same stretch of time; longer pauses are not counted.
• No renders, no charge. Drawing, modelling, reviewing results and time away from the app are never counted.
• Waiting in the queue, starting a GPU, loading the model and transferring files before a render starts are not counted.
• Before your first render you see the price and confirm it; afterwards it is one tap away. Each render reserves a small maximum from your balance and never charges more than that. While you work the app shows minutes; your balance in euros is on your account page.
• A render that fails adds no time. A render you cancel before it starts adds no time; a running render you cancel is counted up to the moment Steller receives the cancellation.
• Up to 90 renders an hour per account. Output images are at most 3840 px on their longest side.

Your balance

• Top-ups of €10, €20, €50 or €100. The balance does not expire.
• It cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, and it only pays for Steller studio time.
• Within 14 days of a top-up you can get its unused part back; see refunds and withdrawal.
• There is no subscription. Your first 10 minutes of studio time are free.

Storage

• Recent results are kept for 30 days; keeping a result retains it longer.
• Each account has 10 GB for kept results and imported images. A full quota blocks keeping and importing, never rendering.
